These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agentcompliance.report (the "Service"), operated by DynSup Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a paid weekly email newsletter providing general information about insurance-regulatory developments affecting independent property-and-casualty insurance agencies in the United States. Content is researched with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by a human editor before publication.

The Service provides general information only. It is not legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, compliance consulting, licensed-producer guidance, or advice of any kind for your specific agency, state, carrier appointments, or situation. Regulatory rules vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Consult your state Department of Insurance, your E&O carrier, and licensed legal or accounting counsel for advice specific to your circumstances.

You are responsible for verifying any information in the Service against primary sources before acting on it.

3. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe through Ghost's membership system.
  • You may cancel at any time, in two clicks or fewer, through your account dashboard (the member portal accessible from any issue or page on the Service). No phone call, email, or retention flow is required to cancel.
  • On cancellation, we refund the unused, pro-rated portion of your current billing period automatically; if for any reason you are not refunded, request it at [email protected] and we will process it.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing on 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Republish or redistribute the Service's content commercially.
  • Use the content to provide advice to others as if it were your own analysis.
  • Use the Service in violation of any law, including state UPL statutes.

Fair-use quotation with attribution is permitted.

5. Privacy

Your subscriber email, name, and billing information are handled per our [Privacy Policy]. Subprocessors: Ghost (publishing), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (research only — no subscriber data sent to Anthropic).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss attributable to acting on information in the Service without verifying against primary sources or consulting a licensed professional.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

The Service uses AI tools for research and drafting. A human editor reviews and edits every issue before publication. We may make errors. Source citations are included in every issue so you can verify.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, including non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email and posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
