This Privacy Policy describes how agentcompliance.report, operated by DynSup Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"), handles personal information when you subscribe to or visit our Service.
What We Collect
- Email address when you subscribe (free pre-launch or paid).
- Name and business name if you provide them during signup.
- Billing information (handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details).
- Open/click engagement if your email client allows tracking pixels (you can disable).
- First-party, cookie-free site analytics (Ghost-native, processed by Tinybird): unique visitors (counted in 24-hour windows, no persistent identifier or cookie), page views, and top content/sources/referrers. For logged-in members, this includes the member ID and free/paid status alongside the pageview. IP addresses and user-agents are anonymized. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How We Use It
- To deliver the newsletter and respond to support inquiries.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To understand which issues are engaging so we can improve.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your Rights
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information under CCPA definitions.
Anyone: You can request access to or deletion of your personal data (a data subject access or deletion request) by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
- Active subscribers: while subscription is active + 12 months after cancellation for tax and dispute-resolution records.
- Pre-launch signups: until first contact + 24 months of inactivity, then deleted.
- Cancelled subscribers' payment records: 7 years (US tax retention).
Children
The Service is intended for business professionals (insurance agency owners and staff). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International
The Service is operated from the United States. If you subscribe from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
CAN-SPAM
Every email includes our physical mailing address and an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time without canceling your paid subscription (paid subscribers will still receive billing notices).
Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes notified by email.
